Having perused any one of the weekly Torah readings, many a thinking man has
thought to himself: "Yes - but my life is in need of fresh spiritual input.
How do I find it in this passage?"
True to its title, this work uncovers The Chassidic Dimension within the
narrative and commandments of the Torah.
It condenses over a hundred of the published talks of the Lubavitcher Rebbe,
talks renowned for their original and multidimensional interpretations.
Each essay herein provides the reader with the main thrust of the parent
discourse.
Usually this takes the form of a systematic abridgment; sometimes it is a
more free-flowing exposition of its message. These essays, each of them
self-sufficient, are supplemented by source references, a glossary and a subject
index.
The talks were adapted by a well-known exponent of Chabad chassidic thought,
Rabbi Sholom B. Wineberg of Kansas City, Missouri, and have been skillfully
edited by Uri Kaploun of Jerusalem, Israel.
