All packages are shipped with proper packaging. At Checkout you have a choice of using FedEx, UPS, or USPS (the Post Office). Generally, UPS and FedEx, are more reliable than the Post Office. Orders are shipped promptly, usually within 24 hours of receiving the order (unless an item is on backorder), besides weekends,legal holidays, and some Jewish Holidays. In the event an item is out of stock we may wait with the shipping several days until the order can be completed. If the item is unavailable we will take the liberty of shipping the order minus that item. You will receive a confirmation of your order, when your order is processed. If you choose to have your packages shipped with the post office we cannot assume responsibility for the package.
Personalized item it may take up to several days extra before the order will be ready for shipping.
Flat-rate envelopes are only envelopes and are not suggested for delicate items.
You also have a choice of in store pickup. Orders are ready for pick up after you recieve an email that your order is ready.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. Our goal is to make returns hassle-free. Items may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, postage prepaid, for exchange, store credit, or full refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any returned merchandise must be undamaged and unused with all original packaging. We only accept returns on videos, cassettes, CD's computer software, which is still shrink-wrapped. Videos, cassettes, CD's, computer software, or books that are defective will be exchanged for the same title only. Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned. Returns should be sent to Judaica World, 329 Kingston Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11213. Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns. These include 1) Shofars- All shofars are carefully inspected before shipping. 2) Mezuzahs & Tefillin - Once a Mezuzah is rolled or Teffilin opened we cannot assume responsibility for returns. 3) Lulov and Esrog Sets. Due to their perishable nature and seasonality, all sales are final. 4)All seasonal items after the season (unless authorized by the management (we cannot sell these items after the season)5) All personalized items are final sale.

- All prices listed on our website are only valid with a purchase made on our website. We may not be able to honor all web prices in our store. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Promotions may not be combined.
- Free Shipping promotions are only for the Continental United States. All Free Shipping promotions are shipped with the most enexpensive method of shipping (Media).
- When an order has free shipping it includes the entire order. However, if the free shipping is on the item it may not include the shipping cost of other items in the same order.
- Sales Tax
- Sales Tax is charged only on orders sent within the State of NY. NY State law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. If we ship your order within the state of NY, tax is automatically added to the total purchase price. If you are a tax-deductible organization, please call us with your tax-exempt number in advance.
