Rav Avishai David is the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Toras Shraga in Bayit Vegan, Yerushalayim. He resides in Ramat Beit Shemesh, where he serves as the rabbi of Kehillas Beis Tefillah Yonah Avraham.
